Samantha has worked in digital for over 20 years in both the UK and US. She was the first UK Managing Director of Match.com growing the business to become the household name we know today. With Vodafone she led the growth of ecommerce sales and digital self service. More recently Samantha was responsible for innovation and new ways of working at Virgin Money. She developed an in-house accelerator which created new people capabilities and delivered ground-breaking commercial partnerships.
Samantha is a bold, transformational, forward thinking leader and coach. She’s a mindfulness teacher, training with the Mindfulness Association and is studying an MSc in Mindfulness and Compassion at the University of Aberdeen where she’s exploring leadership and innovation. She’s a Trustee with Scotland Women in Technology and has just joined the board of Close the Gap.
