Sales Manager

Pogo Studio is an exciting digital development agency based in Edinburgh. Over the last 4 years, we have delivered work for a range of clients, from start-ups to some of the largest enterprises in Europe in both the Private and Public Sector.

After developing our flagship healthcare product, Tailored Talks, for over 18 months with NHS Lothian, we are now in the position where we are ready to sell to the other NHS Boards and healthcare organisations internationally.

Our second digital product, Care Calendar, is a new prototype system which will help Senior Clinicians manage their wards more efficiently. This is currently in development in partnership with Edinburgh University.

We have identified a need for a sales manager to help the leadership team develop our Digital Health Products’ sales strategy and implement it.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Inbound sales - You will be responsible for managing all of the sales opportunities and enquires that come from our website and marketing activities
  • Outbound sales - You will be responsible for managing our outbound sales plan and process
  • Pipeline maintenance - you will be responsible for updating the pipeline and reporting weekly to the managing director
  • Events - You will attend industry events on behalf of Pogo Studio

Experience required (essential)

  • Evidence of the design and the implementation of a digital sales strategy
  • At least 5 years’ sales experience of digital products, especially SaaS products
  • Knowledge and experience of how to build and manage a successful pipeline
  • Demonstrable record of growing revenue from digital products

Experience required (desirable)

  • Sales experience in the digital healthcare sector
  • Knowledge and understanding of the digital healthcare market, along with connections in the sector
  • Formal sales qualifications
