Pogo Studio is a growing and thriving digital agency based in the centre of Edinburgh. Trading since 2014, Pogo specialises in building stylish and functional websites and applications for clients throughout the public, private and 3rd sectors.

 

Alongside the agency business, Pogo runs a digital healthcare division Pogo Digital Health, from which they have developed Tailored Talks, an innovative information sharing system created in partnership with NHS Scotland and Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland.

 

Pogo have a need for a Product Administration Intern 1-2 days a week to support the Head of Product with administrative tasks concerning Tailored Talks. This role would be varied and interesting and would provide the successful applicant with a wealth of valuable experience.

Activities & responsibilities:

  • Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to support queries.
  • Creating user IDs and sharing training materials with users.
  • Training and supporting users with Pogo systems.
  • Meeting administration – agendas, minutes etc.
  • Interpreting and reporting analytics on systems usage.
  • Attendance at development meetings where schedules allow.
  • Data entry and updates.

 

Key skills & experience: 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Confidence in dealing with customers.
  • Excellent IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office at minimum.
  • Desirable: skills in web analytics.
  • Desirable: experience of training; particularly in the tech industry.
  • Desirable: experience or an interest in the health-tech industry.
